Terms of Service

1. Service provider

Services are provided by CHRISTECH, registration number 03-09-127782, with an operational address at Budapest, Egressy út 25, 1149 Hungary. Contact: vitalii@christech.site.

2. Services

ChrisTech provides software development, IT consulting, digital transformation, cloud, design, and systems integration services. Specific scope, deliverables, timing, and acceptance criteria are agreed in a written proposal or agreement.

3. Payment terms

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, and expenses are set out in the applicable agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the stated payment period. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Rights in project deliverables transfer only as explicitly agreed and normally upon full payment. ChrisTech may retain general knowledge, methods, and reusable components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChrisTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services in the preceding twelve months, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law and applicable European Union regulations, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
